A Palmas Classic Inside the Pavilion
San Angel Inn is where the Palmas story at EPCOT began, opening in 1982 and becoming a signature of the Mexico Pavilion. Designed as a 17th-century hacienda set in perpetual twilight at the base of Mayan ruins, the restaurant feels worlds away from the pace of the park: cool, quiet, and transportive.
Inside, the dim, intimate setting is layered with detail, from passing boats along the adjacent attraction to the surrounding pavilion architecture. The experience invites guests to slow down and linger, with an atmosphere that is just as memorable as the meal itself.

Traditional Flavors in a Distinctive Setting
The menu centers on Mexican cuisine in a full-service setting, with appetizers, entrées, desserts, margaritas, tequila, beer, wine, and coffee all part of the experience.
