Palmas International Program
A 12-month hospitality opportunity for participants from Mexico, the Palmas International Program offers hands-on experience across restaurants and dining venues on Disney property while helping participants build professional experience, English-language confidence, and cultural exposure.
What the Program Is
The Palmas International Program is a dedicated pathway for individuals from Mexico to gain food and hospitality experience for 12 months across Palmas-operated locations.
This program is separate from general hiring and has its own timing, audience, eligibility requirements, and application cycle. Visitors looking for standard open positions should use the Careers page.
What Participants Gain

Where Participants May Work
Participants may work at one of Palmas’ 13 locations on Disney property, including locations in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney Springs. That operating range gives participants exposure to a variety of dining environments and guest experiences.
