Who We Are
Palmas is the company behind 13 locations on Disney property, including venues in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney Springs. What connects those locations is not one format or one menu, but a shared commitment to hospitality, consistency, and the thoughtful presentation of Mexican culture through dining.

Built on Heritage. Shaped Over Time.
The Palmas story is closely tied to the history of San Angel Inn and to a long tradition of sharing Mexican culture through hospitality. That story reaches from the historic San Angel property in Mexico to the opening of the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT in 1982, followed by later expansion to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Disney Springs.
Today, that history gives Palmas real roots, continuity, and a clear point of view shaped by culture, hospitality, and experience.
